WHAT IS THIS DEBATE PAGE?
This is where you get to express and argue for your own options and views. Often, we are not given a setting where we can freely debate/argue for our stance on certain issues.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE DEBATE PAGE
The page is solely for you to express, and along the way, learn new views. Though it is important for you to express your views, it just as important to listen and see the "other side." Along the way, your argument may change, or you may get educated. That is fine! We learn. We change. We grow. Remember, we are human; change is real.
IMPORTANT: PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY
When you comment or respond in a debate: your email and name you input will show
To protect your identity/ stay anonymous: use a fake email, create a personal email, use a fake name, or use your first name only. When you want to email me, use your real email. Your security is our number one priority- we pledge to keep you safe and anonymous (if you want)
What if I don't want to stay anonymous: that is fine too, just input your normal email and name. However, just know that by doing so: you could be putting yourself at risk.

THE RULES OF DEBATE
1. Be Respectful: This rule will be one that is very hard to follow. Remember, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Everyone is taught and raised differently. You are allowed to respond, and rebut their argument. However, please do somewhat of a respectful manner.
2. Debate: simple as that, express your opinions freely!

2. You may Start a Debate: If you want to start a new Debate topic, you can do two options. 1) You can email me, and I will create one asap. 2) You can start one in the comments.
3. You may debate on anything
